Task Updates

Multiple users will be completing tasks within the workflow simultaneously. For this reason, tasks completed by other users will impact your action items and where information is stored for specific requests.

The workflow updates automatically every 5 minutes to reflect task completions and/or new requests. You may also use the refresh buttons, located in the filter, search, and export bars, to check for task and/or request updates.
